This position is for a full service REO asset management and disposition company in northeast central Ohio that specializes in the management and marketing of REO/distressed properties. The company provides professional, knowledgeable and simple solutions to your foreclosure portfolio needs. In addition this company is also a full service residential and commercial contractor that only uses trained, licensed professionals in all aspects of building, development, property management, repairs and installs.

This company is seeking a part-time human resource specialist who has extensive related experience, including in-depth knowledge of Prevailing Wage and working with implementation of governmental contracts. This position is looking for average two or three days a week, based on the acquisition of new customers. The more work that the company can acquire based on the success of the position, the more hours that the position can assume. Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources and related experience.
